Best Driver Solutions Inc. is a CDL driver staffing agency that connects qualified commercial drivers with carriers, logistics companies, manufacturers, and distributors. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Driver recruitment, screening, and placement
• Temporary, temp-to-hire, dedicated, and direct hire staffing solutions
• DOT compliance support and driver file management
• Emergency and after-hours staffing coverage

We act as an intermediary between drivers and employers. We do not guarantee placement, employment, or the availability of any specific position.

3 Eligibility

To use our services as a driver applicant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 for interstate commerce as required by federal law)
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for the position sought
• Meet all applicable DOT physical and qualification requirements
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

To use our services as an employer or client, you must be a duly authorized representative of a legitimate business entity.

4 Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems

• Understand that submission of an application does not guarantee an offer of employment or placement
• Consent to being contacted by our recruiters via phone, email, or text message regarding job opportunities

Falsification of any application information is grounds for immediate disqualification or termination.

6 Employer / Client Use

Clients who engage Best Driver Solutions Inc. for staffing services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about open positions, requirements, and working conditions
• Comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination statutes
• Honor agreed-upon rates and payment terms as outlined in the staffing services agreement
• Not directly solicit or hire drivers introduced by Best Driver Solutions Inc. outside of the terms of the staffing agreement during the restricted period

Specific terms of client engagements are governed by separate written agreements between the Company and the client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Best Driver Solutions Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
